Great Doctor, receptionist (one of them) not good, rude.
I am a regular patient of Dr. Ciotola. He has been wonderful, thorough, listens to me and has been attentive to my needs. Never had to wait longer than 10 minutes and usually much less Everyone in the office on Clara Drive is polite . Tara, his assistant nurse is wonderful. I am in my 70's so I have been around lots of Drs. Very pleased with this office

I mistakenly sat in this doctor's office for 20 minutes. Signage for the Quest Lab Mystic, CT location is horrible. I sat in the doctor's office across the hall from the Quest office for 20 minutes (sign outside door says Dr office and Quest with an arrow pointing to the left). Quest text says we know you are here, no need to check in. I finally asked at the reception desk and was told this isn't Quest and you've just missed your chance because they are now closed.
