Dr. Suiter is grossly negligent and had to recuse himself from my case after I was able to present evidence that due to his incompetence/bias/or dishonesty, he had not included and it referenced fact that I had presented and he chose to ignore. The man is a CORRUPT QUACK, he is paid off by attorneys who tell him what to write, he has repeatedly been investigated by BOP, DOJ, and CA Attorney Generals office he is a FRAUD, he ignores facts. Women and children have died because of his so called Opinions research on the internet about his corruption involvement in the family law courts. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS! He had his attorney show up at the taping of the LEEZA show in 1995 so his name would not be leaked on the air. He's criminal!!!
Dr. Suiter took my children away from me even and awarded custody to the abuser, Dr. Suiter destroyed my life and my children's lives, My children will grow up hating the other parent and hating family court for taking them away from me. Unethical and petty Dr. Suitor relies on testing that has been heavily criticized for asking questions inappropriate in a legal setting. When my partner was taking these tests he first lied to her indicating that the answers (some of which, if answered, implied an admission to illegal conduct) would not be made available to the court when in fact he had required that she sign a waiver allowing the results to be sent to the court. This is a particular concern as she is an officer of the court.

Dr Robert Suiter I gave DR Suiter 300 pages of supporting evidence that my ex made false claims to obtain our children, that she had refused to communicate, and that I was concerned about drug use around the children. I requested a drug test to which I had already done myself and bought for my ex because of my concerns. All I needed from him was one sentence. YES I THINK A DRUG TEST IS VALID.
DECEPTIVE AND SELF-MOTIVATED! (MONEY) Read the reviews and take them serious! EVERYONE can't be wrong...there are too many common similarities in the reviews. Dr. Suiter intentionally writes reports CONTRARY to the facts provided to him. This is done to FORCE you to subpoena him as an expert witness, so he can collect his "substantial" demanded witness fees for challenging the validity of his report.
