Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
