Went in for an audio issue that was a simple fix. Ended up to deciding to finally pull the trigger and replace my stock head unit. Informative and helpful staff helped me decide on which deck to get. Install was smooth. They helped me fix an issue another car audio place hid on a prev install. Edited. Ongoing issues with the sat radio setup. Very disappointed in the service provided. Made an appointment to find an issue in the speakers, and when I went to pickup the car they had not found the issue. Instead they went ahead and repeated things I had already told them such as that there was power going to the amp. Cost me $140 for them to tell me things I already knew, and nothing about the issue I had asked them to adress. I had an after market remote start installed. This will be my second time using this service. The first installation on another vehicle worked perfectly. I expect nothing less this time. They have a friendly staff and a great product. I highly recommend this business, absolutely.
