The medical staff were friendly and I never felt rushed. Zac is a hoot. Put us at ease and set a personal professional atmosphere. Dr SORRELL was really great. Took a lot of time with me. Explained everything in easy to understand language. Discussed plan of care and we arrived at a treatment plan. My ONLY complaint was the receptionist. We were told to arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out paperwork and present ID, and insurance. I signed in at straight up 2 o’clock.
