Preston was on time and carefully explained what caused the stains, what cleaning treatments he would use, how they would affect the carpet, and how long it would take to dry. He gave clear explanations, was respectful, and really cared about doing a good job. Preston checked in several times to make sure I was happy with the work and was always willing to touch up any areas if needed. Getting a quote for carpet cleaning was fast and the price was reasonable. There were no hidden charges or attempts to upsell me anything extra. On the day of the appointment, the crew called to let me know they had finished their last job early and asked if I wanted them to come by sooner, which I really appreciated. I finally decided to book an appointment with Robert & Sons Carpet Cleaning after waiting for so long, and I’m so glad I did! My carpets were really dirty and I didn’t think anything could make them look good again, but I was wrong. After Terrance finished, my carpets looked almost brand new, and my whole house smelled clean and fresh. The service was way better than I expected! My only wish is that I had found them earlier instead of just living with dirty, worn-out carpets. We are so happy with our clean carpets!

Excellent work on my five-year-old gray and mostly white wool 8x10 area rug! It was picked up last month by Greyson and Preston and delivered back to me today in Vincent. I liked how they sent clear text messages before pick-up and drop-off, so I could be ready. They also sent pre-wash photos, showing an area where the edge was ripped (and offered to fix it for a fair price), as well as some yellow spots.
