Went to a visit with Dr. Snow and I had a question about a form I was being asked to sign. The woman at the front desk was very kind and went to get the office manager, MYLA, to answer my question and when she came up, the first thing she said was, “if you don’t want to sign this, you can go.” I had a question about it and even if I told her that she said my question didn’t matter and that if I didn’t want to sign the form the way it was then I could go.
