Dr Smaltz is an excellent urologist! He is very knowledgeable in his field and explains procedures and options in detail so you can make an informed decision for your continued care. He is compassionate about the care he provides and very thorough to see your issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Awful experience. He did not listen to me or ask me any questions about what I was dealing with.
He did not listen to me at all. Talked over me and did not seem properly educated in his specialty. Told me I was just imagining things despite me having concrete proof that proved otherwise. Somehow my knowledge of urology surpassed his. I also did not appreciate that he recorded our appointment on a tablet without giving me any notification or asking consent.
