Cancelled appointment without consent and refused to reinstall it back nor did they try to reschedule it in a reasonable timeframe. They only offered an appointment six months out, when they should not have cancelled the initial appointment which they admitted was their fault. Very unethical.
I have been a patient of Dr. Silver for over a year. When I first met with him, he listened to my past history, asking appropriate questions, when needed. We discussed my concerns and we were able to get me on the right path. Every time I have an appointment with him, I feel at ease to discuss what concerns I may have.
Cancelled appointment without consent. Never put it back nor did they try to reschedule it in a reasonable timeframe. They said the next available appointment in next year in March! Had made the initial appointment months in advance. Worst customer service and care.
