Cancelled appointment without consent. Never put it back nor did they try to reschedule it in a reasonable timeframe. They said the next available appointment in next year in March! Had made the initial appointment months in advance. Worst customer service and care.
They Cancelled the appointment without consent and didn’t reschedule. Took months to book it. The customer service team was not helpful and rude.
