Had a recent visit with Dr Shmuts to discuss a recurring issue. He always makes me feel comfortable which is really important to me and I feel like he really listenes to my concerns. Great doctor! I highly recommend.
Dr. Shmuts was great. He removed my PEG tube. He said it might hurt, but it didn't. He gave me the options of A. Pulling it out right then, B. Scheduling n appointment to come back and take a Percocet prior to removing it and C having it done in a hospital. I chose option A.
1st time with Dr. Shmuts was definitely a good visit. Very charismatic and humorous. Which is very comforting for 1st time patient. Asked plenty of questions and was very engaged. I'd highly recommend him. Also the staff was very helpful. And it was a very speedy proficient. In and out! No long waiting. A plus!
I'm proud to say I was treated like family or a family friend. 🧡 They spoke to me with friendly customer service. The doctor, Dr. Robert Shmuts, took his time and explained everything to me and what was best for me. I felt like I was talking to a family member of mine. We spoke about football and had a good laugh. I really appreciate it. ☺️ GO EAGLES!!!
