The place was very nice. The doctor was not helpful.
Dr. Shapiro makes me feel comfortable and instills confidence in his knowledge.
I was extremely disappointed to be seeing Dr. Shapiro instead of my regular Dr whom I’ve been going to for many years, Dr. John Mc Neil. This appointment had been scheduled for many many months in advance and yet no one informed me that there would be a change of doctors nor was I given an opportunity to reschedule with Dr. McNeil.
