Very caring staff
First time there. Everyone was very nice and professional. They offer a place to kennel our dog when we're on a trip. Felt very comfortable there and will have no problem using them for vet and kennel
Great staff very friendly, Always say hi to me when I come in and Always ask who you have with you, your pets name. Most of the time it very reasonable time spent there and the cost is reasonable too. They are very nice with the animals. We have all cats at different ages. Thanks to the whole staff
Highly recommend!! I drive 35-40 minutes for my dog to be seen here, while it’s not convenient, it’s totally worth it! Dr Rouse and his tech were beyond patient, companionate and knowledgeable. Routine care visits are seamless. Thank you for all of the love you consistently show Duke!
So I move and transfer my pup here a few months ago and yet they cannot seem to have adequate grooming. As in, vaccines, emergency visits, they can clip nails, but can’t groom my pup? Or add him on the schedule I need to take him somewhere else?!
