They're owned by private equity. It's seemed like the level of care isn't consistent. I didnt feel like I was listened to with my last visit. Yes, a had a list of things that needed done, but my dogs ear is still bothering him, and I feel like the food he was prescribed was pushed onto me without me investigation into WHY he has Crystals in his urine. Idk, I've just been bothered since that visit. Edit: My dogs are a current patient. It's under a different name for my security. I have the right hospital.

Very disappointed first time client. To be fair I’m not able to provide details about the actual vet service, but front desk staff and the appointment process is not great. I arrived early for my appointment with 2 cats in separate crates and a dog in tow. I walked into a packed waiting room with my hands full and naturally my dog gets excited when seeing other dogs. Workers are all nice and quick but sent my dog home with pee all over him after his neuter (after telling me not to wet the incision there was pee covering almost his entire stomach and all of his legs.)
