Brought my cat for his first vet visit in years and they were wonderful. The vet tech and the vet answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Bonus points that my grumpy cat seemed to like/tolerate them! I highly recommend.
Love these guys. Always friendly and super informative. They treat my pets with extra care.
The staff and Dr Rouse are the best! They have taken care of 4 different dogs for us..Great service and caring people.
They're owned by private equity. It's seemed like the level of care isn't consistent. I didnt feel like I was listened to with my last visit. Yes, a had a list of things that needed done, but my dogs ear is still bothering him, and I feel like the food he was prescribed was pushed onto me without me investigation into WHY he has Crystals in his urine. Idk, I've just been bothered since that visit. Edit: My dogs are a current patient. It's under a different name for my security. I have the right hospital.
