I called in with an urgent cattle need. They called back quickly and got me a prescription same day, even though I hadn't previously been a customer. Great customer service and one of the only cattle vets around.
Our furbaby was really sick and when she was seen at Five Oaks Animal Hospital they treat her like she was their own pet. The Vet went over all the options and it was ultimately decided that the only humane option was putting her to sleep. They gave us all the time we needed with her and made her as comfortable as possible before beforehand. They helped arrange what to do next. They are by far what an animal Hospital should be like!
