Not for the Dr but the admin staff… I took the morning off work unpaid to go to my appointment to be told by the receptionist that they can’t do what my appointment was for and had tried to call me 4 days ago but didn’t leave a message, she said I had no voice mail - strange as I get Vm’s daily for my job and I also have a system where if you’re not a contact, you say who you are and why calling if you’re not in my contacts … as they had my cell and email it didn’t cross their minds to actually communicate in any other way a... read more

Great doctor. He and his office were able to accommodate my scheduling needs. No issures with health insurance. Minor communication problem with the hospital but quickly resolved. Both office staff and hospital staff were great.
Dr. Kinkade was extremely nice and explained everything. I would absolutely recommend him.
If they tell you that you have to pay in full before your surgery watch out. They told me I had to pay in full before the surgery and I had a copay to pay before the date of surgery. I paid around 1500, was told the only thing extra that I would have to pay would be the anesthesiologist if something went wrong and they had to keep me under longer. Everything went perfect, then a week later I got hit with over $6000 in bills from Dr. Kinkade and the surgical center which Dr. Kinkade is an investor in, it says it in your paper... read more
