If I could rate this clinic a zero, that would be a more accurate representation of the hell I’m going through with the staff at this clinic. I’m literally trying to see my Primary Care Physician so he can sign my Authorization for Restorative Services Form so I can move into my new apartment today. Absolutely horrible experience with this office. I have been waiting over TWO WEEKS for my blood work results, and every single time I call, I get the runaround. Today, the receptionist Jessica was extremely rude and dismissive on the phone, acting like I was bothering them for simply asking for my own medical results after waiting this long. She kept saying they were “busy,” started getting loud with me on the phone, and then hung up. This office is unprofessional, disorganized, and has terrible communication with patients.

A truly awful PCP by every measure. On every single visit to his office over the past several years, while I have been on time (if not early) for my scheduled appointment times, he and his staff have made me wait anywhere from one to 2.5 hours in the waiting room before I've been seen. Exceptional care! My primary care physician and the entire office team are truly outstanding. The staff is friendly and efficient, making every visit smooth. My PCP is compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive, taking the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Highly recommend this practice for exceptional medical care.
