Called the office twice for copy of blood work. Never got it. Fast forward , called about shingles's vaccine, put on hold for 22 minutes then disconnected. Called back and left message. No return call. Office staff sucks
They are NEVER available in an emergency. If you are really sick, you are better off going to urgent care or an emergency room. This office will make you wait days for an appointment.
