I’m actually shocked at the amount of bad reviews! Dr. Renouard was amazing! His staff was kind! I had went to him over a large kidney stone. He explained everything to me so that I understood. He called and left a voicemail on my mother’s phone explaining how the surgery went. Was very kind. Big thank you to Dr. Renouard!!
Sad to say this Urologist should have his license revoked. The most incompetent and telling me to watch a YouTube video to educate myself to do a Supra pub cath change to my husband. His demeanor is very unprofessional and like he is above Glad to have changed from here.
Arrogant, terrible bedside manner,rude,self serving is all I can say on here
Will not be going back if at all possible.
