Waited so long the lights in the checkup room LITERALLY TURNED OFF. Waited nearly 2 HOURS.. doc neve came - after nurse told me to patiently wait. I ended up leaving without being seen. On the way out, I saw nurses giggling in the hallway like they don't take the job seriously (and probably don't). I get it. You're stressed and likely understaffed. But this is utterly disgraceful service. Absolutely shameless.
