Very knowledgeable and professional
This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a medical office. My mother had blood work done here, and the office sent her lab samples to a facility not covered by her insurance, which caused unnecessary bills. I spoke with several people from the office beforehand, and they all assured me the issue would be taken care of. Instead, a few weeks later, my mother received a letter from collections — that’s how they “resolved” the problem.
