Do not listen to the other reviews. Attorney Robert S. Norell is passionate, beyond educated and does not sugar coat anything. If you come prepared with all the necessary documents and listen to Mr. Norell’s instructions…you will not have any issues. If you treat the receptionist with respect it will be given back. I never had any issues with communication. Thank you again Mr. Norell, I was supposed to give this review a few months ago, 5 stars!!!
I called in for a review of a legal issue, gave all my information to the receptionist on the phone, along with my contact info. She assured me I’d hear back from the firm as soon as possible. It has been over a week and I have received 0 calls, emails, or texts. Extremely disappointed in the service, or lack thereof.
I was having issues with not being paid as I should have by my employer and this kept dragging on . I reached out to Mr. Norell who was able to get the needed result to resolve the issue. Atty. Norell demonstrated a keen knowledge of the law surrounding the issue and was effecient and deligent in his review of the case and ultimately had the right solution to get the proplem resolved. I would highly recommend Mr. Norell to anyone when it comes to any issues related to employment and pay etc.
Robert assisted me throughout my corporate lay off. He coached me to negotiate my severance and explained the laws regarding my employment and my position being eliminated. He is very knowledgeable and without his firm I would not have been able to negotiate my severance with confidence. He armed me with the ability to increase my severance package by an additional month pay. I appreciate his kindness and patience with me during this stressful transition. He is a good one!
I used this law firm for my labor dispute and they did a great job. Kept me informed through out the process and got me paid. Would greatly recommend these guys if you’re looking for help. Thanks again
