So first off, this review is not based on the staff interaction. Staff are nice. However less than 30 minutes, 2 tools used 1 xray and a conversation cost me $224.00 opposite of what was said on the phone. Again nice staff but highway robbery at its finest. Absurd to charge $224.00 on a cash pay. If that was said on the phone that It would cost me $224 just for a xray I wouldn't have made the appointment. Excellent. On time. Thorough.
Staff members were incredibly kind, and worked me into a busy schedule when I had an issue. The facility is very clean and well lighted. Dr. Mattingly is excellent and I didn't feel like cattle being prodded through the process. I highly recommend this dental practice.
