Dr. Lind is my guardian Angel and was truly heaven sent to me. After taking my morning shower in preparation of taking my girls to the diner for breakfast I stepped out of the shower and collapsed. My girls quickly called EMS. I came into the Hunterdon ED with a pulse of 5 beats/min in the ambulance which quickly turned into complete heart blockage with my heart stopping completely. Dr. Lind saved my life. I experienced a heart attack at 21 in an unfamiliar part of New Jersey, and ended up in the care of Hunterdon Medical Center and Dr. Lind. After a few days, I was released and returned to my home in the Lehigh Valley. I continued to have intense chest pains, memory fog and confusion, and a low quality of life - so I went to several Lehigh Valley doctors who quickly dismissed me despite my episode at Hunterdon (my troponin was elevated to 12, so I'm not sure how you can dismiss that - but OK).
