Called to schedule an apt. new patient the lady that answered was extremely rude and bothered by my phone call. — Unhelpful and she couldn’t wait to hang up. We will pass on this place!
Dr Robert Katz had to break the news to me that I had RA 6 years ago. I was stunned, yet he gently talked me thru the various treatments and ways to help me manage my condition. When COVID struck Dr Katz gave advice how to protect myself, which as an elementary teacher seemed impossible, especially since I worked with children one on one using their mouse and keyboards.
