Dr Howard is nothing less than amazing. He changed my life. I had cataract surgery a few years ago and it significantly changed the vision in my right eye. It progressively got worse. It was affecting my ability to play tennis, snowboard, etc. Dr Howard suggested PRK surgery. It was quick, painless and amazing. I'm playing tennis and other sports significantly better because I can now see well. He staff is excellent. I go to the Clearwater office and they are on time, efficient and professional.
The staff is pleasant, customer focused, and very knowledgeable in their field. Dr. Robert S Howard is a highly trained and experienced opthalmologist. He is my first choice in his field.
See him once a year for my diabetic eye exam! Great personality always fast and good service.
Great doctor and friendly staff! I usually saw Dr. Howard in Tarpon office, but found out he was also in Clearwater. Love the staff there and the ambience.
After cataract removal and lens replacement by another doctor, I was having major problems with my eye sight. Dr. Howard removed a recurring cataract (no idea why the other doctor didn't do it), took me off of pilocarpene so I didn't have to carry a flashlight everywhere, and prescribed meds for dry eye. He is just about a miracle worker in my book. The staff is really great, too. Very helpful and professional.
