Most arrogant physician I have ever met. On two occasions now I have been "treated" by Dr. Fumento in the Bayhealth ER. Each time was an unforgettable experience in terms of bedside manner. He is incredibly condescending and jumps to conclusions unsupported by any form of evidence. Based on these conclusions, he fails to provide the appropriate care.
