I am a payroll manager who is handling a garnishment for one of our employees. I received communication from Debra S. stating that we had not responded or submit payments. When I attempted to explain that she was incorrect, I have a copy of our response and five garnishment payment checks have been cleared by their office, she became extremely rude and hung up on me. Terribly unprofessional - and really puts the credibility of this organization in question.
