Great patient / doctor relationship . They care and are timely. Front staff super.
Dr. Doomun really takes the time to answer all of my questions. Also, the follow-up at UCI Health is great! They notify me of upcoming appointments and doctors that Dr. Doomun refers me to.
I've been seeing Dr. Doomun for over 10 years and he's a great doctor.
Doomun listens to you and actually hears what you are saying or asking. His explanations are easy to understand and follow. He is kind and genuine.
The doctor and his medical assistant are wonderful – friendly, knowledgeable, wonderful! The front staff was not great at all! They punish you for being on time for your appointment and tell you that you are "late" (with attitude) and that you have to wait extra time when you show up ON time because they have some special policy where they tell you to come 20 minutes early for your appointment time; so therefore coming at your appointment time is treated as though you are late and you are punished.
