My mother who was in bed with several compression fractures due to severe osteoporosis came to Dr. Ryu for help. First visit with him, she started crying from pain and frustration - he closed the door on her. Second visit, the surgery was scheduled by Paige who barked instructions and curtly denied me caretaker excuse for work (since my mother did not drive and I was POA).
