So insanely upset. I was on hold for almost a half hour with an emergency. Do you have one person working or what. Do better
Between the prices quoted to us & how they told my co worker her cat with a blockage would have to wait 12-14 hrs plus $400 to walk in doesn't sound like a good place. This just shows places like this are more about the $ instead of actually providing good animal care. We need a new facility that works with people instead of draining with financially before giving any kind of care.
Maybe one day I'll update. However, we haven't here before but I'm terrified with these reviews of ever needed. We need quality care in this area 🥺. A girl I work with has a cat with a blockage & was told her wait would be 12-14 hours & $400 to just walk in! That's ridiculous
I have only positive feedback regarding this establishment. The staff members are exceptionally cordial and highly informed, and their pricing is more reasonable than anticipated. I brought my cat, Gabby, here for ear polyp removal, and the procedure was completed within the hour. I wholeheartedly endorse this business for all your pet's healthcare requirements.
How we ever made it to the hospital in time, I still don’t know. Our four-year-old French Bulldog, Hank, went into heat stroke and was in critical condition when we arrived. A vet tech came running out, took Hank in her arms, and rushed him inside. When we left hours later, we truly didn’t think we would be bringing him home again.
