I didn’t even get through the doors.. I called them as my regular vet was closed- the recording prompted I call them for emergencies. So I did. When they answered the phone she seemed nice at first- and then became very inconsiderate. She told me she can’t give medical advice over the phone- to which I understood, but asked- then what is the point of directing my call to you guys if you’re not going to help me? Took my cat there two days ago. Sat there for 9 hours. Paid a huge deposit to get told there is nothing wrong. Two days later at my normal vet I find out there is a problem. Way to expensive and they don’t even do their job.
I had to bring my pup of 9 years here when his condition rapidly declined in less than 24 hours. My Blue was treated with respect, compassion, and love. Dr. Gray was so kind and compassionate. She explained everything that could have caused this and was very upfront about treatments. She went over bloodwork and what each abnormal result meant. Unfortunately, I had to send my boy over the rainbow bridge because I couldn’t allow him to suffer with the treatments not guaranteed to even work. I was treated with so much kindness ... read more
Don’t usually leave reviews. But waste your pets time or yours. Advertised as an emergency vet. Called at 3:30 pm on a Saturday. Got answering machine that said it was checked a couple of times a day. Message said if it’s a weekend or leaving. Leave a message there and then call the other numbers they give you. Did that and also left messages on both. It’s now Sunday and never even received a call back. I do not recommend.
I was left on hold for over 2 hours before someone answered. Than they gave me attitude for telling them my day wasn’t good because I was left on hold for that long. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If I could give negative stars I would.
