Robert Ross Roofing replaced the roof on our new house prior to us closing, and we got the warranty transferred to our names with the purchase of the house. We have 2 chimneys and he also did the flashing around those. He did a terrible job with the flashing and did not cut it into the brick per current building codes. There is also a spot where the roof connects to the back patio roof that he did not cut in correctly and it leaks onto the patio every time it rains.
