His bedside manner is awful. He already had made up his mind before he did his “exam” he looked in my ears and asked me to take a few deep breaths that was the extent of his exam. It was less than a 5 min exam. I went in for ear pain, he looked in my ear and made the assumption that it was TMJ. He never checked my throat, my nose. I will not be returning back.
Very disappointed as a new patient. He didn’t give me a chance to go over my concerns.
I came here to establish PCP. Everything ran on time, and Dr. Rogers is a very sweet person.
