Dr Gray did two carpal tunnel releases on me and an ulnar release. He is a talented surgeon. My carpal tunnel releases were fine, outcome good. The outcome on my ulnar release also was fine. However, for this procedure, Dr. Gray gave me no anesthetic or medication for anxiety, as he was demonstrating a new technique to another physician.
