Visited Dr. Raymond's office last week for an appointment with Jodi to have some questions answered and to schedule my first colonoscopy. I appreciate the kindness and excellent service especially for someone like me who is highly anxious. Ayanna was super kind as she took my vitals. I had my pre‑colonoscopy exam with Nurse Practitioner Jodi Hernandez under Dr. Robert Raymond, MD, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Jodi was especially outstanding-she was extremely professional, patient, and thorough. Very unprofessional. Passed me on with a referral to a doctor on the other side of elf the state who said they cannot treat my condition . Waste of time
Dr Raymond was so kind and patient with me while I asked many questions. He explained all procedures in a way I could understand. He eased all my fears. My favorite part is he didn't treat me like I was bothering him and he had better things to do. He also made sure all the nurses understood his orders and had what they needed to help me after my appointment. I felt safe and taken care of. Definitely would recommend!
