Dr. Pollard was absolutely amazing. He did not question my needs or wants and took everything seriously. He gave my 2.5 year old daughter and high five when he came in the office and she was tickled pink by it. He's so friendly, open and honest.
Absolutely terrible experience! He acted like I had no reason to be there in his office! He didn't believe me about being diagnosed with endometriosis. I went into mychart and to pulles it up from my surgical report my self he then took my phone, screen shot the report and emailed to himself and said well let's try Lupron! ! At this point I was done with this Dr I got up and walked out!! I waited months to get an appointment only to be humiliated,belittled and mocked!
Dr. Pollard is super kind and down to earth. Highly recommend him!
Very dismissive, likes to reject your symptoms, and also likes cancel surgery appointments on clients just so he can take a vacation. I'm not saying medical professionals shouldn't get vacations, but they sure as hell should be held to the standards of everyone else where they have to PLAN AHEAD rather than just say "screw you" to their patients and cancel their surgeries.
Dr.Pollard bedside manner is amazing. He takes time to listen and you dont feel rushed. He actually answers his email. I feel confident I am in the best care for my medical issue.
