Dr Petrie is alright. I didn’t vibe with him well tbh. He didn’t seem thorough during my visit.
Dr. Petrie does not support service members. I’ve gone to Dr. Petrie for several years and had some very positive experiences, but recently care has declined drastically. Referencing one blood test he tried to change my thyroid medication, showing complete disregard for the endocrinologist who has seen me for 15 years. I hurt my shoulder and he diagnosed me with tendinitis and arthritis and referred me to physical therapy. I’ve seen Dr. Petrie for multiple issues, and he is always professional and attentive!
I generally have had a good experience at this clinic, and the staff and my usual provider have been helpful and supportive. However, I’m leaving this review specifically regarding Dr. Petrie. When my regular doctor was out of the office, Dr. Petrie was asked to approve my medication refill. He refused, citing that I had not been seen in the past 90 days—despite the fact that I had completed required lab work just last month and already had my next appointment scheduled (the earliest available).
