Awful front desk customer service. I personally witnessed staff yelling at an elderly woman because she needed to sit down to fill out paperwork. They insisted she stand and write on a clipboard, even after she explained she physically couldn’t. Instead of showing any patience or compassion, they continued to argue with her. As for my own experience, I arrived on time for my appointment but was delayed a few minutes due to their extremely small parking lot. I have to say Dr. Pesso and his staff are wonderful! They always strive to make me feel comfortable. ( I am not the easiest patient! ) He ia a very kind, caring, compassionate doctor! I would highly recommend!.

It’s been a long time. Dr Peso got me through many losses. Then I had my son in 2002. Then went through some losses and my twins in 2005. All 3 are in college and thriving. He really helped me. I will forever be grateful. Hope to one day be able to see him meet them as actual adults. They are 23,19,19
