Past several months my experience with the provider & services has changed. They always billed us after three months of seeing the doctor. Their billing department is doing very poor job. They don’t charge on time. They charged me & my husband after 3 months of seeing the doctor and twice I had to go through so much hassle to reduce our bills. I can't even get a hold of Dr. Perkins. I need a sleep study. I sent messages through the portal. I was told the information was in the sleep doctor would need for my approval. Nope. Then I still couldn't get him to answer after I tried to contact him again. Before that, I had blood tested, and apparently it was out of my network and they failed to inform me before doing it. Whatever.
Told me I was an hour late so I have to wait 6 months to be seen???? SIX MONTHS! Wow they don’t care what’s going on with you!! Wasn’t even asked
Total quack wanted to give me meds I was allergic to even though I told him I was allergic to it, his answer just take it.
