Update: ORHP sent a different company who found there to be incompatibility issues recommended a new air handler was necessary when the condenser was replaced and also found pinhole leaks in the evaporator coils along with leaking from the king valve. They submitted the report in front of me and emailed me a copy of their findings with detailed videos and photos. Something that took Robert Pearson Mechanical Services aka “Calora” a week to do. Never answers the phone
I see why they have a low rating. Said they were coming. Tried to text that number No responce B
I was impressed from the first phone call to the last service call. Each of the three people who helped me was polite, professional, and prompt. It took a few tries to identify the issue with our fridge, but they were persistent and solved the issue—without charging us an arm and a leg. I highly recommend this company!
