They said they accepting new patients but needed a record or immunization copy,since we just move to the place and then,the whomever b is still pushing that they needed record.She needed check up but it’s giving us a hard time on that part,so I don’t understand why you are giving such a hard time to make an appointment and be a new patient to this place!horrible!you supposedly save lives not giving a hard time to people who is already not well!

Dr. Robert Pence is a poor primary care provider. A family member has a positive Covid home test and called Dr. Pence at the onset of symptoms for the antiviral since she is over 50. He will not see her in office or by telemedicine until it is too late to get the antiviral. No one else will see her in this office either. I called them and talked to the site manager and she hung up on me because she didn't like what I had to say. I didn't even use foul language. This used to be a wonderful dr office now all the Dr's are rude and don't listen. Everyone in my family has quit going there because of some problem or another.
