I Have been a patient of Doctor Castalucci for 13 years, he’s a great doctor. He listens to one’s concerns. His treatment throughout my pregnancy with my son to balance my sugar levels due to gestational diabetes, and also having a hyperactive thyroid is one of the reason I had a healthy and successful pregnancy. He’s honest and professional. I’m grateful for his dedication to his profession.
Great staff and doctor. Dr Castellucci takes the time to hear you and finds the best medicine for YOU (not the pharma reps).
Dr is amazing. Some of the staff are insanely unprofessional. Yelling at the insurance company and a patient over the phone. She literally told me and my insurance provider that the issue with my script was not her problem. She kept interrupting us and yelling over us and was very rude and condescending. I believe her name was Robin.
