Great staff and doctor. Dr Castellucci takes the time to hear you and finds the best medicine for YOU (not the pharma reps).
Dr is amazing. Some of the staff are insanely unprofessional. Yelling at the insurance company and a patient over the phone. She literally told me and my insurance provider that the issue with my script was not her problem. She kept interrupting us and yelling over us and was very rude and condescending. I believe her name was Robin.
5 stars for Dr Castelluci and Nurse PA Elizabeth great communication and listening staff gets a 0 because they are rude don’t schedule appointments properly nor do they leave a reminder
