Beware of the sweet talk ! Read between the line! Make sure it’s very very clear what you are going to pay don’t leave opening for unexplained additional costs , I don’t want to get in to details but The work is good very professional knows what he is doing had good workers . Bob's guys did a good job with my fall clean up. I was not there when they came they don't need to be Mico managed. Just wished they would have leveled the rocks where the shrubs were missing. But very satisfied over all. Team was professional, respectful, and nice. I did get home at the tail end just as they were leaving, to meet them. I have been a customer's of Robert Ott Landscaping for years. He installed a very extensive paver driveway for us in 2015. Last week, I noticed a sunken paver due to some washout. Bob's staff including Rosemary in the office and installer Boomer were more than professional, courteous and responsive. It is nice to know that even years after the initial project was completed, Robert Ott Landscaping is there for his customers. I am very happy to recommend his services for anyone looking for hardscaping or landscaping work.

Robert Ott Landscaping was a big no show, all talk and no action, ended up wasted 2 months of time waiting for them. Signed contract and left deposit in May, I did call but they never followed up. Even though they did refund the deposit in July I would not recommend them to anyone.
