I was super disappointed with the experience at Lawson on November 26th, 2022. Booked online, and arrived to wait in line with only about 10 other people, so it wasn't extremely busy. We stood in line with everyone else and waited. I then decided to ask if booked appointments have a different line or process than those who walk up. The girl at the counter was frantic and extremely dismissive and said "Just wait over there, I'll call you when it's your turn" Santa wasn't even there yet, we're all just lining up for our turn. ... read more

We had photo with Santa at Central Mall yesterday!! It was very good experience, as we didn’t wait, photographer was very funny what helps kids smile, we could choose photo which we like and service was excellent. Will come back next year for sure!!

My son was very excited to see Santa and when we showed up for our appointment we let the staff know and a young guy rudely told us to wait until we were called up. No one called us until for some reason my son had to sit on a couch far away from Santa (when other kids got to sit on a bench close by) and barely got to talk to him after. When we were looking at pictures they were horrible as Santa was out of focus in the background due to the distance and the young man was again very rude when we had trouble picking photos. Confed Mall - Santa Pictures - Saskatoon, SK: We were passed the allotted time for Santa Pictures, but the Santa let us through to take the pictures anyway - my child individually and us all as a family. Another surprise was that he and his assistant refused to take payment and printed us the pictures for free. All because "it's Christmas". Thank you both very much, and have yourselves a Merry Christmas!
