My wife booked an appointment with Diane for a specific day and time (Dec 30 at 4:15 pm) 6 weeks in advance. The appointment was confirmed and reminder was sent by the hair salon on December 29. On December 30 in the afternoon around 3 pm we received a text from Diane rescheduling the appointment for 3 pm. My wife called and asked if 3:15 pm would be ok, and received confirmation that yes, 3:15 would be fine and also 5 pm would be fine.
