This Dr. has 0 regard for patients like my wife who checked into West Boca Medical with dizziness since 10:00 last night, and it's NOW 4:50 the next day!¡ ALL of her other tests were NEGATIVE, she had her MRI @ 11:30 this morning, and one of our nurses just informed us that Dr Schiftan sometimes is in the hospital ALL DAY, yet doesn't check in at all with some patients until 1:00 in the middle of the night/ morning!¡ This is straight up NEGLECT...They are telling us if we check my wife out, we have to signa paper stating she... read more
Everyone involved are not helpful from his assistant to the Dr himself. I have been patient with them they don't follow up, they make a lot of clients wait more than 1 hours. They are not courteous or have any manners. It's like nothing is wrong when he is late. I have been here over 7times and all are the same. He didn't even help me with my situation just pumped me with pills. No tests or anything done..
never got my service. doctor was always late, wasted time. Now I have to deal with absurd bills and I couldn't even find the root to my problem.
I was admitted at the hospital in March 2024 and I was treated so very efficiently and quickly in the system. I stayed in the Neuro Telemetry for a few days. The welcoming team made my arrival comfortable and pleasant. Food was great … I lacked for nothing. The nurse Melanie Meltzer was a Super Nurse with knowledge, bedside manners, professionalism, care taker and empathy. She was action oriented and a DOer and result oriented.
