Dr. Can is a very thorough, patient, and caring physician who listens carefully and addresses one's problems in a very thoughtful and professional fashion. He explains what issues you may have and conservatively prescribes solutions.
Dr. Can has been my primary are physician for nearly 20 years. He is a special kind of doctor. Very kind, compassionate, and knowledgable. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Cann listens to understand not respond. He is caring and kind. He has helped me clear up medical issues that have gone unaddressed by other medical professionals for years. Yes, there tends to be a wait. I attribute that to the fact that he runs a doctor’s office (and will take the time necessary to address issues) and not a factory
I was his patient for several years until my insurance changed. He's a great doctor and didn't mind that I knew medical terminology. He was always kind, respectful, helpful and funny. I never stressed going to his office like I usually do with other doctors. My only regret is I am currently uninsured and not able to continue having him as my doctor.
Dr. Cann's medical knowledge is extensive in its depth and breath. He is thorough and consumer friendly with his explanations and recommendations. He is kind and concerned about his patients, including their personal lives which he knows can interfere with the patient's compliance to medical treatment. His referrals to specialists have been excellent and he consults with other doctors when required. Dr. Cann listens and responds well. His staff is friendly, courteous, and prompt. He is A+!
Office staff is incompetent. My family and I all had multiple experiences where referrals were not processed timely. On one occasion the office staff actually lied about having submitted a referral. When I filed a complaint about that, Dr. Cann called my home and requested that I find another doctor. Wait time is lengthy and Dr. Cann never seemed to review my chart prior to seeing me. I always had to remind him who I was and what my medical issues were. Notes were jotted down on scrap paper.
