He is such a humble personality; we absolutely loved meeting with Dr.Basil and using his services.
I called to make an appointment. I asked if they were expecting new patients, the receptionist said yes, took my insurance info and said someone will call me in a few days. After waiting over a week, I called back, and I asked about an appointment. She said sorry we are all booked up. There is no where to put you. So your not taking new patients? Yes we are, but youcant scheduleme? . No call saying anything. Very unprofessional. If they cant get their phone call and and information any better, what kind of practice runs this... read more
