This is the second time we have worked with Robert. In 2021, he marshalled us through a difficult jam long-distance we were having with one of the national mortgage companies - could not get an approasal scheduled in Santa Fe NM. Robert Morris was recommended to me by my realtor Lucas Cordova for mortgage financing which made for great start to this purchase. Robert kept me informed of the steps involved and together with Felisha Lopez kept me on track with all needed documents to submit through the Element and Snapdocs programs to meet the proposed timeline. Robert and Felisha always made themselves available if ever I had any questions. I will definitely call on Robert for financing of any real estate transactions in the future.
