These pictures are from my mother's house that was built in March 2021. She has reached out several times to have him come fix it. He has said multiple times that he would be by "tomorrow" to fix the countertop and has never showed. Another issue was with the flooring. The contract stated polished concrete floors but because the slab was left unprotected, leaving behind animal footprints and leaf prints, she had to spend 11k out of pocket to have the flooring replaced.
