I don't have insurance thru this company but I used to be a policy typist for Robert Moreno Insurance Services and I've gotta say this company is so full of it and only God knows how much fraud they are committing. When I worked there my boss was Gayla and she was very good at lying and faking her way to getting people to believe what she was saying. Guess that's why she liked working for RMIS, the phoney like the phoney. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
Been with them for years with my car insurance they always beat anybody's rates
Absolutely awful to deal with. No email/phonecall/anything to let you know that your payment didn't go through- automatic fee for the card decline. If you're like me and don't check your mailbox often, you might miss a letter from them telling you your policy was canceled completely. When you do call in, they tell you that you would have to open a new policy. All for missing one payment- and NOT trying to make contact besides a single letter. Recently was involved in a car crash accident that had absolutely nothing to do with me. I decided that it would be best if I contacted my insurance company so they can offer help and when I tell you, time was wasted, time was wasted. My accident occurred on a Friday, so we called someone that same day and they sounded useful until we asked what else we could do after they have collected all the information they could possibly need.
