After waiting 2 months for my appointment. I get there after a 30 min drive with horrible tail bone pain...I was told when I went to check-in my appointment was canceled. I said no....I had confirmation text. They insisted my app. Was canceled and was not til Feb. I was told I would get a call back to reschedule...I had to call back the next day. And was then today Dr. Monaco is getting away from tailbone injuries. I was so upset....I was just discarded like that. Waste of my time ! Drove back home another 30 min crying in f... read more
