To cut a long story short, a shady home security company told me I had made a 5-year commitment without having ever signed a contract. These people even claimed they had a recording of my wife committing to a 5-year contract over the phone. Robert Mitchell is the best attorney I have ever worked with. I had a scam debt collector, that reported a super old debt illegally on credit bureaus. That brought my FICO score down and my credit was damaged because of this ruthless scammer. It is a violation of Fair Credit Reporting Act. Robert was so responsive and on it quickly.
